Welcome to Qualyrixenta. These terms govern access to and use of our qualification improvement courses, info products, and physical products. Effective date: January 1, 2025.

By enrolling in a course, purchasing a digital item, or ordering a physical product from Qualyrixenta, you agree to these terms of service.
2. Services Overview
2.1 Qualification Improvement Courses
Qualyrixenta offers expert-led courses designed to enhance your skills and professional standing. You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase provided the course has not commenced. Transfers to another session are permitted subject to availability. Advanced workshops and custom training packages are non-refundable due to reserved resources and instructor allocation.
2.2 Info Products
Digital materials such as guides, templates, and recorded webinars are available for purchase. If you have not accessed the content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
2.3 Physical Products
Qualyrixenta may offer books, toolkits, or other merchandise. Items delivered within Canada may be returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after inspection of the returned item.
3. Refund Policy
Our refund procedures are tailored to each service type:
- Courses: Refunds up to 7 days before course start. After commencement, no refunds are available. Transfers allowed before start date.
- Digital Info Products: Refunds within 14 days if content remains unopened or inactive.
- Physical Products: Returns accepted within 30 days in original packaging. Inspection required before refund.
4. How to Request a Refund or Transfer
To request a refund or to arrange a session transfer, please contact us with your order details, purchase date, and reason for request. Qualyrixenta will review and process your request within 14 days. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original method used.
5. Changes to Terms
Qualyrixenta reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
